Where it is feasible, and the scope of work is unlikely to change, we will offer a fixed fee so you know the cost from day one.

As a very individual law firm, Azarmi Law has very individual clients with very individual needs — so our services are not “pre-packed” or “one size fits all”. Individuality is not an excuse for avoiding clarity. Every client is different, and we recognise the huge variations in pressures, priorities and preferences when it comes to working with you.
HOW WE CHARGE
Flexible structures thatprotect your budget
Where the scope is clear we offer fixed fees. Where it is not, capped fees keep you protected. Hourly rates remain the foundation of every quote.
Capped fees
When the brief may evolve, a capped fee assures you the charge will not exceed an agreed figure — and if we finish sooner, you pay for the time spent.
Hourly expertise
All quotes are based on charge-out rates reflecting expertise and experience. Founding partner Sally Azarmi’s rate is between £450–£550 per hour.

We provide a bespoke service throughout each application. Quoted fees typically cover the stages below — though each case is different and we advise on any additional steps at the outset.

Meeting with you in person or virtually to take initial instructions and advising on the best way forward.

Advising you in detail on the evidential and procedural requirements of your application.

Reviewing your evidence in detail.

Completing and submitting the application form.

Drafting any supporting documentation needed for the application.

Providing a legal covering letter with any factual and legal representations necessary.

Booking your biometrics appointment.

Where applicable, creating the electronic bundle and a hard copy bundle.

Informing you of the outcome and advising on any ancillary questions.
FEE RANGES
Guidance fees forcommon applications
As a specialist legal provider we publish average fee ranges and typical disbursements. Each case is unique — your application may result in lower or higher fees. We provide bespoke quotes on request.
All professional fees are plus VAT and disbursements unless stated otherwise. Figures are based on previous experience and provided for guidance only.
Come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with an approved employer. Replaces the Tier 2 (General) work visa.
Typical disbursements
- Home Office application fee (varies — check current rates)
- Home Office premium service charges (if used)
- TB test, courier, copying, English language tests, criminal record checks, translation
